Additional Info…

Collection/Delivery Service – the service is available outside of opening times by prior arrangement at a charge of £2.00 per mile (one way charge) from/to your home (free of charge to the residents of Redmarley).

Payment methods – We accept bacs payment, cash or cheque.

Cats can be collected prior to the departure day; however, you will be charged for the total period booked.

Deposit – no deposit is required (other than at Christmas) however all fees must be paid upon collection of your cat prior to leaving the premises.

Rates – Our fees are on a day rate. There is no extra charge for Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Years’ Day but a non-refundable 50% deposit is required for this period only.

    • 1 cat – £12.00
    • 2 cats – £16.00
    • FAMILY CHALET
    • 1 – 3 cats – £20.00
    • 4 cats – £24.00
    • INTERCONNECTING CHALETS
    • 3 cats – £23.00
    • 4 cats – £27.00

Additional Info…

Only cats from the same household may share a pen.

Discount – a discount of 10% will be given for bookings over 28 days. Any booking for longer than 28 days will require interim weekly payments.
